Privacy policy

When you send a request, we collect what you type into the form: your business name and type, your city and state, your name, phone number, email address, whether you have a website today, what you're looking for, and anything you add in the notes.

We also record a little technical information with each request: your browser type, the page that referred you to us, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address that helps us block spam. We deliberately do not store your actual internet address.

Our website doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking profiles. We may keep simple, anonymous counts of page visits so we know how the site is doing.

We use your information for exactly one purpose: handling your request. That means:

• Reading your request and looking for a web professional who fits it.
• Sharing your request with that professional so they can contact you.
• Emailing you a confirmation and, if needed, updates about your request.

We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists. You won't get a newsletter from us.

Your request is seen by:

• Us, when we read it and look for a match.
• The one web professional who takes on your request, so they can reach out. Professionals in our network may see the basics of a request first — the kind of business, the city, and what's needed — to decide whether it's a fit. Your name, phone, and email go only to the one professional who takes it on.
• The service companies that run our website, store our data, and deliver our email. They process it on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for anything else.

That's the whole list. Professionals pay us to be part of the network — that's how the service stays free for business owners — but nobody can buy your contact details as a list, and we never share them with advertisers.

We keep your request while it's active and for our records afterward. If you ask us to delete it, we will — see below.

Email us at hello@parola.pro any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. No forms, no hoops — a one-line email is enough.

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something different from what's written here.
